Our App is free to download on the App Store. Optional purchases may be included within the app to unlock additional features.

Our app is available for all iPhone and iPad devices running iOS 16.0 or later.

Make sure your device is running the latest operating system version and that your app is updated to the latest version. If the problem persists, please contact us via our official support email [[email protected]] and we will help you resolve the issue as soon as possible.

If you have subscribed to our services through the App Store, you can go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your Apple device, select the appropriate subscription, and click Unsubscribe.

The current application supports English and Chinese. We plan to support more languages in the future.
